Your profile helps people find your experience. You decide what they can see.
Your profile
Your profile tells people about your experience. Add a headline, a short story about your work, your skills and the languages you speak.
You can describe experience from outside formal jobs too, such as volunteering or community work.
Who can see what
For each part of your profile you choose: everyone, signed-in members only, or only you.
Use Preview to see your profile exactly as a visitor sees it. Your email address, bank details and identity documents are never shown on your profile.
Taking a break
You can pause your availability at any time. People can still read your profile and publications, but they cannot book new work with you.
Your account stays open, and you can come back whenever you like.
Blocking someone
If someone bothers you, you can block them. They cannot start new conversations with you.
Project conversations linked to a contract stay available to both sides, because they are part of the work record. If there is a problem, contact support.
Getting help without sharing your password
Never share your password, even with family. Instead, give a helper a delegation from your settings.
A delegation lets them help you write drafts or edit your profile, for a time you choose. Everything they do shows their name. You can end it at any time.
Your data
You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to close your account. See My data and privacy rights to learn how.
