Center of Excellence

Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA for complete tasks. We test with keyboards, screen readers, zoom and touch.

We want everyone to be able to use the platform, including people who use assistive technology or prefer larger text.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across complete tasks, from joining to booking and paying.

We test with older adults and with people who use assistive technology, in Arabic and English.

What you can do

  • Make text larger in your settings, or zoom up to 200 percent; pages adjust to fit.
  • Use the whole platform with a keyboard. A Skip to main content link comes first on each page.
  • Use a screen reader in Arabic or English.
  • Turn on reduced motion and the simplified home view.
  • Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily.

Known limits

Some content written by members, such as images without descriptions, may not be fully accessible. Video calls and payment pages are provided by partners; we test them and ask the partners to fix problems.

We keep improving. Please tell us about anything that gets in your way.

Tell us about a barrier

If something is hard to use, please tell us. Use Contact support, choose Accessibility and ease of use, and describe the page and what happened.

We reply within one working day and tell you what we will do. If you cannot use the form, ask someone you trust to send it for you.

Help from a person

Our support team can guide you step by step. They will never ask for your password. A family member can also help through a delegation, without knowing your password.
