How paying works
Prices are shown in Qatari riyals before you agree. The person or organization asking for the work pays the expert who does it.
We use a licensed payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
Fees
The platform fee is shown before you accept any terms. It is fixed when you agree, so it does not change later.
Cancelling a session
Each service shows its cancellation rules before you book.
- If the expert cancels, you get a full refund.
- If you cancel, the refund depends on how early you cancel.
- The rules you accepted are kept with your booking.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the way you paid. A refund shows as pending until the payment provider confirms it.
We only say a refund is complete when the money has been returned.
Getting paid as an expert
To receive money, set up your payout details with the payment provider. Changing bank details needs your password again, and we tell you by email.
You can follow each payment and payout in My workspace, under Earnings.
If something goes wrong
If a payment fails, you are not charged twice. Try again, or contact support with the reference shown.
If you disagree with a client or an expert about the work, you can open a dispute from the engagement. Our team reviews the agreed terms and the evidence.
