A company, government body or institution can have a workspace. It has a public page and private areas for requests, contracts and team members.
Any member can create one and becomes its owner.
Your team
Owners invite team members by email and choose their roles, such as request manager, contract approver or finance operator.
When someone leaves, an owner removes them and they lose access straight away. The organization keeps its records and contracts.
Approval limits
Contract approvers can accept work up to their approval limit. The limit is checked again at the moment of approval.
Before you post, accept terms or pay, the page shows whether you are acting for yourself or for your organization.
Verification
Owners can ask us to verify the organization. Our team checks that the organization is real and that the person asking can represent it.
Verification shows that we checked who the organization is. It does not guarantee the quality of its work.
If you leave an organization
Your personal account and your own publications stay yours. Work that belongs to the organization stays with the organization.
