Create your account
Choose Join at the top of the page. Enter your name, your email address and a password.
We send you an email with a link. Open it to confirm your address. You do not need a photo, your age, your retirement status or bank details to join.
Sign in and stay safe
Choose Sign in and enter your email address and password.
If you forget your password, choose Forgot password. We email you a link to set a new one.
- Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
- Sign out when you use a shared computer.
- You can see and end your active sessions in your settings.
Find your way around
The main menu has six areas: Home, Find expertise, Opportunities, Knowledge, Communities and My workspace.
Search is always at the top of the page. Create lets you write an article, share an experience, offer a service or ask for help. If you prefer bigger buttons and fewer choices, turn on the simplified home view in your settings.
Arabic or English
You can use the platform in Arabic or English. Choose the language button at the top of any page.
We remember your choice and use it for emails too. Content written in one language stays in that language.
Help from a person
If you are stuck, contact our support team from the Contact support page. You do not need to be signed in.
A family member or friend can also help you through a delegation. You choose what they may do, and you can stop it at any time. You keep the final say on publishing and payments.
